We offer high-standard quality fully-furnished rooms in large, typical English houses usually comprising of double, twin or single rooms, 2 or 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, sitting area, TV, washing-machine and garden to share with young people who come to London to work and study, usually for a short or medium-term (between 1 and 6 months).

We are located in central London (zone 2-3) and very close to underground stations, buses, shops, pubs and English schools.

The contract’s length is a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months, but can be renewed following the rules of the company. Accommodation for less than 1 month will not be always available and will depend on the season and availability.

The basic prices that appeared in this site are for 3 months contracts; less than 3 months the price may vary.
